Training
provides a firm platform for the gardens
successful development by delivering resource
gains in time and money, whilst retaining
highly motivated staff.
We are able to design and develop a variety
of training activities that will meet
our clients requirements. The training
will encompass a wide range of horticultural
skills and will cover both theoretical
and practical applications.
The courses are designed to be as interactive
as possible using a combination of lectures,
syndicate work and practical exercises.
Delegates will also receive comprehensive
course notes providing
an essential source of reference when
they return to the workplace.
Our aim is to train delegates in an informal
and friendly way so that they are able
to develop and apply new skills, concepts
and techniques back into the garden.
